Located along First Avenue North & Stockyard Street. The company was founded by James Patrick Kerrigan, Jr. in 1929. They produced highly decorative ironwork gates and railings for Nashville's best residences in Belle Meade. The property is now Riverfront Condominiums. The 900 foot long metal roof is still in use today to shelter residents' cars.
