Photo taken during the United Commercial Travelers Convention, May 8-9, 1908. The Steamboat Henry Harley was built in 1898, named for a Nashville merchant. The wooden hull measured 160 feet in length and 29 feet in width, with gross tonnage listed at 162. The boat lay idle for some time after the Ryman Line went bankrupt in 1916. In 1917 it was moored at the foot of Broadway and was wrecked in a storm on the bank of the Cumberland River.
